The Gran Caffè Gambrinus began as a café, but soon felt the need to set up their own pastry laboratories to be able to provide customers high-quality raw materials and craft techniques.

The Gran Caffè Gambrinus now offers a vast assortment of typical neapolitan pastries and refined creations of chocolate entirely homemade. Browse fragrant, tasty rum babà , small cream puffs, delicious ‘lobster tails’ are produced in compliance with the neapolitan tradition.

In recent years the trial has led to the creation of new sweets like the dessert of San Gennaro, the Baba Black and many more. They were also revisited some of the great classics of traditional Italian pastry like Panettone and Colomba, now produced in different varieties and tastes including: pistachio, chocolate and white chocolate.
