Even the city of <strong>Naples<\/strong> is not immune to the charm of legends and every place in the city holds stories really curious and sometimes full of mystery.<\/p>\n<p>To make you fully acquainted with our city, we have decided to write this little article in<strong> our blog<\/strong> where you will find the <strong>most emblematic stories<\/strong> about Neapolitan historical places.<\/p>\n<h2>Place San Domenico Maggiore<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2876 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/grancaffegambrinus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/san-domenico-maggiore.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"770\" height=\"550\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We start from <strong>the beating heart of the historic<\/strong> center, that is from the square of <strong>San Domenico Maggiore<\/strong>, where legend has it that the ghost of the noblewoman Maria D&#8217;Avalos, killed by her husband because discovered with her lover, seems vague still near <strong>Palazzo San Severo<\/strong>, looking for his Fabrizio and that especially at night it is still possible to hear his desperate lamentations.<\/p>\n<h2>Church of Santa Chiara<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2877 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/grancaffegambrinus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Untitled-design-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"770\" height=\"550\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We move a little, to get to the <strong>Church of Santa Chiara<\/strong> to hear another story, which sees the protagonist always the ghost of a woman, this time of <strong>Giovanna I d&#8217;Angi\u00f2,<\/strong> Queen of Naples, killed by Charles III of Durazzo and to which the burial was not even granted. It is on this bridge that it seems possible to hear the lament of all the girls who committed suicide in the past because of the pains of love.<\/p>\n<h2>Basilica of Incoronata<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2879 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/grancaffegambrinus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Untitled-design-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"770\" height=\"550\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It is always on the subject of pains of love could not miss the story of the ghost of the young girl who died on her wedding day due to tuberculosis and who wanders inside<strong> the Basilica of the crowned<\/strong> woman.
