In short, as you can well guess, make a <strong>good coffee<\/strong>, it is not so simple, indeed it can be conceived as a <strong>true culinary art with its complexities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As we said one of the basic elements for making coffee is the <strong>coffee maker.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The coffee pots are not all the same<\/strong> and over time have changed in many ways and this to better <strong>meet the needs of drinkers of this drink.<\/strong> But what is their story? Let&#8217;s find out together in this article where you will find some really interesting trivia.<\/p>\n<h2>Background&#8230;&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The first ever coffee maker<\/strong> is originally from Africa precisely in Ethiopia and was called the<strong> jabena<\/strong>, which included a pot of earthenware formed by a narrow neck with a chimney and a small spout in which coffee was poured.<\/p>\n<p>If in Africa the jabena was used, in Europe instead in the period between the XIV and the XVIII was used as a technique to prepare coffee, <strong>the boiling of the funds<\/strong>. Obviously the difficulty of <strong>separating the funds from the drink meant<\/strong> that many worked to build special machinery to prepare this drink with less difficulty.<\/p>\n<p>Only in 1800, however, was invented what we could call one of <strong>Moka&#8217;s<\/strong> ancestors, namely the <strong>vacuum<\/strong>, <strong>a machine made<\/strong> up of two containers, one of which was lower, which had the task of containing water and an upper part which contained<strong> coffee powder<\/strong>. .<\/p>\n<p>This model was followed by the <strong>filter coffee maker<\/strong>, <strong>the reversible coffee maker,<\/strong> which is very well known, especially because it is often present in the theatrical works of <strong>Eduardo De Filippo<\/strong>, up to the modern Moka, the Bialetti.<\/p>\n<p>What we all know and that we all have at home is the result of the genius of the Italian <strong>Alfonso Bialetti<\/strong>, hence its name, which in 1933, designed and built the coffee pot par excellence that has changed the way to prepare this drink at home.<\/p>\n<h2>Curiosity<\/h2>\n<p>A curiosity about all about <strong>Bialetti<\/strong>?
